Training With Steve, Drive fitness
I help men and women of all ages lose body fat, build muscle tissue, and strengthen their bodies through weight training and building healthy nutritional and lifestyle habits.
In the gym, we will focus on good quality exercise technique. I pride myself on being a stickler for form, ensuring you get the best possible stimulus from the exercise as you can. I’ve been fine tuning my training technique for both myself and for my clients since 2011. This is ultimately where you can make or break your results in the gym. Form and technique comes before heavy weight.
We’ll be following a tailored training programme that I will design for you based on your goals and priorities, and catered to your training experience. You’ll also be following this training programme in any sessions you complete by yourself. Each programme is carefully thought out so that there is no wasted time in the gym.
Outside of the gym, you’ll have a coaching programme to follow where we will monitor any relevant areas such as bodyweight, sleep quality, alcohol consumption and food intake. In essence, what you do in the gym has to be in balance with your lifestyle outside of the gym. It is my goal to make sure you can still enjoy social activities, while still keeping your healthy body goals in mind.
All 1-1 training sessions are held at The Gym Group in Vauxhall, London.
